Purple Squirrel Chronicles (PSC) exists to equip the next generation of professionals with real‑world wisdom, practical insight, and scenario‑based learning that bridges the gap between methodology and application.
Through teaching, commentary, reflective challenges, and instructional storytelling, PSC empowers emerging leaders, our “Squirrel Apprentices,” a supportive global community of learners, to think critically, anticipate risks, lead with service, emotional intelligence and intentional diligence to consistently meet or exceed organizational strategic goals.
What began as an inspired, Creative narrative teaching objective evolved into a full professional leadership development ecosystem.

The Purple Squirrel Chronicles Podcast was first conceptualized in February 2025. The season one podcast premiere, sponsored by Q & D Technology streamed on March 3, 2025, the 22nd anniversary of the founding date of Q&D Technology, Inc. The evolution of the Purple Squirrel Chronicles Podcast shaped the vision, mission, and purpose of Purple Squirrel Chronicles, LLC, and its individual, independent corporate identity, as well as the partnered objectives as a corporate arm of Q&D Technology, Inc.
As the corporate vision evolved, it expanded the PSC Portfolio and the PSC Orthodoxy; the integrated framework of pillars, values, and tenets that now undergirds every service, learning experience, and leadership encounter PSC delivers. The PSC Podcast didn't just launch a brand. It formalized and advanced the Founder’s teaching philosophy. As translations of the PSC Podcast began to traverse the world, the Global Squirrel Apprentices were born.

Every leader stands on something. For me, it has always been LOVE, the center of my life, my work, and my calling. Everything I build, teach, and steward through Purple Squirrel Chronicles is rooted in that foundation.
From that center, eight values emerged…not as theories, but as lived truths shaped by family, faith, scholarship, and the wisdom of generations. These values are the compass I carry into every room, every engagement, every decision:

Not only am I a lifetime scholar and former professor, I am the daughter of educators.
